Set the labels and gaps

Optional smaller grid

Leave both blank to use the largest grid. A smaller grid stays anchored at the top-left margin; leftover space goes to the right and bottom.

A GRID YOU CAN INSPECT

Margins first.

Reserve the borders you choose, then fit only complete labels in the remaining space.

Gaps count.

A row of three labels contains two column gutters. The formula includes those spaces without adding a gutter after the last label.

Print a check.

A mathematically correct file cannot calibrate a printer. Test actual-size output on plain paper before using label stock.
