About Labelgrid.
Labelgrid makes a regular grid of identical rectangular labels on a rectangular sheet.
It calculates complete-label counts, margin offsets and gutter positions. Its downloadable SVG carries physical millimetre dimensions and an outline for each label; CSV stores the same positions. No printer profile or commercial template match is inferred.
The calculator does not store label artwork, perform mail merge, send print jobs or calibrate your printer. It provides one transparent layout that you can inspect before taking it into your own printing workflow.
Free to use
There is no subscription, checkout or account. The calculator is part of an independently operated collection of free planning tools. Each site focuses on one calculation so its assumptions stay easy to inspect.
How the tool is maintained
The calculation method is described in the worked guide. Automated checks cover conversion factors, example results and invalid inputs. A model can still miss a practical detail; use the guide to decide whether its assumptions fit your situation.
